Major problem with queries - Two Tables in Access 2000

Hi,
I am trying to query one table called TestRev2 that reads some data from another table. What I need is to create a query that will match thefield in TestRev2 and return certain info.

TestRev2 table fields needed for querying:
EER, GageID1, ParameterMeasured1, GageID2, ParameterMeasured2, GageID3, ParameterMeasured3,...(this goes up to GageID30, ParameterMeasured30)

Gage table:
GageID, GageDescription (the GageID# in the TestRev2 table is a dropdown with the data coming from this table)

When I query the TestRev table I need it to return the GageDescription as well that matches the GageID

The SQL statement I created does return back the info I need, instead of returning 1 row that reads:

EER - GageID1- GageDescription1 - ParameterMeasured1 ....(Up to 30)

It returns:
EER-GageID1-GageDescription1-ParameterMeasured1-GageID2-GageDescription1-ParameterMEasured2 (and so on as one row)
EER-GageID1-GageDescription2-ParameterMeasured1-GageID2-GageDescription2-ParameterMeasured2 (and so on as another row)

My code is:

I looked at the SQL subquery using DLookup but now I'm even more confused...

Can you explain what you mean a little more? As you can tell I'm not real god with SQL
