I'm guessing that you are referring to "Magic Jack" SIP trunks?. The BCM 50 at release 5 and 6 (6 is better!) will support SIP trunks as long as you have the licenses enabled. It's a bit of a grey area as you will probably have to "play" with the SIP settings to get it to work.
What I've found so far, is that most SIP providers tend to work in getting your SIP service registered OK, but you then have problems getting inbound calls. The simple way for inbound calls is to just assign the prime line on your virtual trunks to be the main incoming phone number. Some SIP service providers give you an account in numbers and in this case, you can assign a target line to be used.
I did a guide for one service provider to explain how I got those trunks to work. Other providers will have different settings. I hope it helps?

I have a Magic Jack working as an analog trunk on my BCM50 R6 with no problems. I researched setting it up as a SIP trunk, and was able to pull the registration password from my Magic Jack Go, but Magic Jack doesn't allow registering with anything other than their hardware interface.
