Maintenance Terminal Stopped Responding

For second time while exiting a form in CDE the terminal on a new SX-200 MX Controller has stopped responding. If I sysload it the trouble clears. Has anyone seen this? Is there a fix? I tried to reset the terminal, used ctrl-q, ctrl-d, ctrl-w and ctrl-r. I've waited for 45 miniutes for it to time out. The attendant console says someone is in CDE. Thanks

when it locks up from a CDE session try "esc"6 and see if the screen repaints otherwise try "cntl"c
