Hello,

Newbie with this kind of system and I have access via telnet, but missing the user credentials.
Old maintainer can't provide the credentials as are related to maintenance software and they paid for it and to have access I need to buy the maintenance software.

My questions are:
- which are the users and default passwords?
- old maintainer is right?
