Looking for direction, we have never offered service agreements and are looking into starting to. I have no idea on pricing, do you guys charge per handset and at what cost. Any information would be appreciated.

This has been asked before an always yields one or two replies only.
Asking your competitors (us) what they do and especially what cost is probably why.

There is a few ways to do it but you need to sort that out for your self so that it fits you and most of your sites.
It also depends on the equipment/make you sell and it's reliability.
