I need to create a new maintenance plan - Previous one is not deleting old trn logs even though it indicates it to do so in Maintenance plan. It was suggested that I should create a new plan. Any gotcha's involved. I was just going to recreate plan and delete the old plan. Just wondering if anyone ran into issues doing this.

Note:
This is SQL server 2000

You may want to disable the old one instead of deleting it. When you delete a plan it removes the history too. I'm no dba, but that's the only issue I've ever come across.
