Hi, We have Cm 8.1 working at site, the problem is that the CM is not showing/saving any IPT logs, shows nothing. It is on VMWare environment. Can somebody help

SAT 'change logging-levels' goto page 2. Probably have Log IP Registrations and events set to 'n'.

it is already set to yes.... i am talking about the events log file save in CM and access through putty/WinSCP

which logs?-->CM WEB--SYSTEM LOGS--IPT Logs
old history or logs not showing...only few logs of current day

/var/log/ecs -->In this directory which file will have the IPT Logs?
