Hi,

It seems a little dead in here but here goes anyway.

Posting for a friend and wondered if anyone has experience of dealing with maintenance pages on large scale (multi-server) sites?

We're trying to find an efficient way of putting some 50+ sites across multiple servers into maintenance quickly so backend DB work can be done. Currently we've got a script that stops each site and start a maintenace site on the same IP but this takes 30mins+ to run. There has to be a better way to do it.

Any suggestions or thoughts?
