Maintenance console software

We have a Panasonic KX-TDA30 and we try to manage it with the "maintenance console software" version 2.205.
When we try tu use it with the USB cable on the PABX, we have the following error message:
c:\program files\panasonic\kx-tda30 maintenance console\v200\tda30.wid was denied
Is it sound familair to some of you, if yes how did you solved this.

Use latter versions versions of the Maintenance Console.

Google : Maintenance Console UPCMCv7.1.1.7

Or use KX-TDA30 Maintenance console V4.0

PBX Unified 2.0 supports the following.Unless you TDA30 is version5.0

UPCMCv2.0 has no Win7 USB drivers,you will have to get it from a higher version of UPCMC.
