Maintenance Console and TES824

Hi All
Having difficulty connecting to a TES 824
ROM ver Y911AG070731 BX using usb and Ver 3 of console
Error Message is "Cannot connect with the PBX of this firmware version or Model Type (01213507H)"

Any help greatly appreciated

When installing maintenance console ensure you chose 'BX' as your location rather than 'E' for English.
