Hi
I am new to the Mitel forum and the mitel 3300.After looking through the manuals i am not sure which is the best command to trace a isdn call on the trunks. Can anybody advise me what is the best command to trace a incoming call on the isdn please on the trunk or to a station

Thanks

Daryl

I typically use CCS TRACE ENABLE CONTINUOUS unless I am trouble shooting something very specific.

What info are you trying to find?

Use the CC trace command The help file is very good resource.

NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!

At a low level you can just look at SMDR to see incoming calls and where they go but at the hig level CCS trace is the way to go.

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.
