maintenance and printer ports

I have a Mitel SX-200 LW19. I cannot get any of the maintenance ports to function. My customer called to complain abour his smdr not working. I cannot get the printer port to operate either. Does the controller card provide the functionality for all ports on all bays? I cannot talk to the switch from any other bay. Do these maintenance ports have to be programmed? I don't think so but can someone confirm?

Maint ports do not have to be programmed. The MCC does control these features. It sounds like the ports are locked up. Try a reset and see what happens. If the maint ports don't come back after a reboot it could be a faulty MCC.
