Maintaining secondary indexes through use of DataPump

I've tried using the DataPump utility to transfer table data and structure from Paradox tables to SQL Server. The data transfers OK - the primary key transfers OK but the secondary keys do not. Is there any way in which to maintain these secondary indexes through use of this tool ?
I may be looking at doing the same for transfering to Interbase - will the secondary indexes be maintained for this transfer ?
Any pointers would be appreciated.
