Maintainence plan not excuting

Hi Guys,

I had a maintainence plan in SQL Server 7 running for about a year. But I wanted to add a new maint. plan to help with differential back ups.

After I added a new maint plan, I noticed that all of them stopped running.

It does not write to the log file so I can't tell what's wrong.

Any ideas?

IS there any way for you to write those to the log so we can get a better idea as to what exactly is happening?

Jay,

I tried, but it wouldn't even write to the log file.

I did, however, find the problem. SQL Server Agent stopped and I didn't notice it.
