Maintain IP or URL access list?

Hi all,
How can I track whom on the network is accessing what URL's or IP's? I want to create a web interface of some sort that details UserA accessed the following URLs on this day, and the following URL's on another day and so on!

Really appreciate any help on this one!
 
Have you looked at Squid and the many analysis tools associated with it? It can be set up as a transparent proxy server, so it will collect everything that you are looking for. Plus there are tons of analysis tools out there that allow you to parse the logs and see who accessed what, when.

Squid looks excellent. Is there something similar that you'd reccomend that will run on Windows (2K)?
 
ISA is the obvious answer. But if you are going that route, you may as well just download IPCop or SmoothWall, which are Linux-based firewalls, but everything is configured using a web-based GUI. They have squid bundled and you can download the logs or have them written to another machine using syslog.

There is a Wiindows port of Squid, including one that is commercially supported. You should be able to find more details here:
