ML09 still here - still the latest
... or wait a week for it to come out
if you are concerned about bugs mentioned on CERT (CA-2001-34) bos.rte.security 4.3.3.76 or later fixes the problem
there is no instability in ml09, it runs on at least one system since released --- some maintenance levels before were much buggier (maybe? 3,6, but i have to look up old records)
