Mainframe Flat File to ORACLE problem

I'm trying to transform a mainframe flat file to an ORACLE table. The transformation ends successfully, but NONE of the columns in the ORACLE table are correct. Not even the first column, first row, of the table.
Mapping goes (VSAM)--> Normalizer --> Oracle
What else do I need to check again?

lol.....nevermind......some "DA" regenned the ORACLE table and changed its attributes to ALL "VARCHAR2"......jeesh
