I am looking for MAINFRAME EXPRESS 3.0 OR version 6.0, someone can help me ,
I want to install it, on my PC.

I think Mainframe Express product is no more available and you should get Enterprise Developer - see:

ever thought of using GNU COBOL? It is free, has no royalty problem, good for development I think.....

The only free COBOL compiler by Micro Focus (now OpenText) seems to be Visual COBOL Personal Edition

But I recommend to use rather what Crox suggested, i.e.: GNU COBOL.
