Ok – it seems that as soon as I have a win in Access, it strikes back at me!

The main window (the one in which you create/edit tables, forms etc) is now partly obscured by the menu bars and the title bar is not accessible, so I cannot simply drag it back into view!

I have tried hiding the menu bars but the window moves up accordingly. So, even with no menu bars, the top of the window is still hidden.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I read about this problem (or similar) when I was looking for something else and sure enough, I cannot find it again now that I need it!

Does Access respond to chocolates, flowers or even jewellery?

G'Day AceMan,

After much frustration, adjusting the menu bars, colourful language and countless menu --> file --> exit sequences I managed to get it back into place.

I have noticed that basically all the windows move around on their own accord and short of running everything maximized it is somewhat frustrating. As I am yet to create a control panel I am trying to find a solution before going mad. Besides, I need to sort out my search feature, so more searching and reading for me!

Cheers,
Darren.
