MAIN TOOL BAR LOST

I have lost the main tool bar ( Archive, edition...) , only appears the BO report.

It´s very urgent, I can´t work with the application

no, i´ve lost the menu bar and i can´t retrieve it!!!

Press and hold the ALT key and press T and then U. A dialog box should pop up. Make sure under Menu Bar, that the Allow Full Menus is checked.

Does a drop down occur if you hit Alt F?

You may have the top of Crystal out of the viewable area, if the drop down occurs, hit the left arrow twice afterwards and select move, then just use the down arrow to move it on down.
