Main switchboard wont display in form view

My switchbaoard along with all its functions display ok in design mode but as soon as i change to form view the page goes blank.

I can then switch back to design mode and the data is displayed again.

Any ideas?

Have you been customizing the switchboard code? You may have to delete and re-create your switchboard.
