Main Report and Sub Report - A doubt to clear

If a Main Report contains a Sub Report, does the Sub Report need to physically exist on the CE server?

The Main Report does exist and I have tested the report and it was fine.

I am assuming that once I move the report to production, I would not have to put the Sub Report separately on the CE server since the Main Report contains the sub report.

Please advise...

The Sub-Report is contained within the main report, so you do not have to save it separately.
