All,

I have a client that would like the following to occur when a call comes in to the main number:

1. Calls to the main number are answered by the auto attendant.

2. When 0 is pressed, the call is to be directed to the Operator at 1300 for 4 rings.

3. If the call is not answered then the call is to ring Extensions 1300 and 1350 for 2 more rings.

4. If the call is still not answered, the calls rolls to the mailbox for Extension 1300.

Can someone please advise on the best method to get these calls to flow as this customer would like?

Thanks in advance.

Assumming your using VM Pro..

Set up 2 hunt groups.. One for the operator and have extn 1300 in it... The second with extn 1300 and 1350.. Have this be the overflow for the Operators group.... If no one answers from overflow group.VM for 1st group( extn 1300) should pick up..

Depending on version you may have to play with No answer timers and Voice mail answer..
