I was wondering if there was a way through VB to replace the Original access database window by a custom form so that instead of having the option of chosing either tables, forms or which ever, so The user has to pass through the form to load any other form/table etc.....

If there is, is it possible of passing through VB for that option, so that depending on the user, the form on load is different. ?????

Thanks for ansering, I think it is an interesting option if possible.

ItIsHardToProgram,
Yes. For the first part you don't need VB. Do the following:[ol][li]Tools => Options => Startup...[/li][li]Display Form/Page: Select your new startup form.[/li][li]Uncheck the Display Database Window box[/li][/ol]
This will load your new startup form and hide the database window by default.

The second part, you are essentially creating a switchboard, and you can absolutly change the functionality based on the user. You might start by playing with the Switchboard Manager just to see the pieces and parts.

Hope this helps,
