CCM 6.0

I was informed that i now must add a prompt on option 8 for polish. That will say "I need polish translation" on the 2616
and change my option 9 to say when transfered "I need spanish translation" I will create phantom ext's and tag them with the names. Please refresh my memory. How do i physically in Application builder make the changes?

If making choices is not implemented via scripting (COLLECT DIGITS after playing a VOICE SEGMENT) this can be done via Call Pilot:
Log in to the Application Builder and open the Application ID were the change has to be made.
In the Application builder you will find an item with label 'Menu' were the current outputs (1 to 7?) are shown.
Just right click on the 'Menu' to add the outputs 8 & 9 and connect them to new blocks with type 'Call Transfer'. Edit the DN in the 'Call Transfer' block and make it the same as your phantoms.
Update the voice item in the 'Menu' so callers will hear the 2 extra options and save.
(To make sure all is fine you can also use 'save as' and setup a test entry in your CCM6/Call Pilot SDN to test it)
