Hello all,

I am making a new thread as my other one was getting too cluttered, and I would just like someone to verify all of my programming before testing Live with the customer.

They have 3 locations, with one IPO being at the main KWIX Location.

Main Location: KWIX
Remote Location 1: Annex
Remote Location 2: Wolverine

Currently, they all dial 9 to get out which targets ARS - "50: Main". I left this ARS Table Alone:

For the Main "KWIX" Location, I created a new Emergency ARS Table called "KWIX" that still sends out the Main Number Tied to the Main Locations Address:

For Remote Location 1 "Annex", I created a new Emergency ARS Table called "Annex" that sends out the Telephone Number with the E911 Address tied to the remote "Annex" Location:

For Remote Location 1 "Wolverine", I created a new Emergency ARS Table called "Wolverine" that sends out the Telephone Number with the E911 Address tied to the remote "Wolverine" Location:

I then created all 3 "Locations" and selected the correct ARS Tables:

Then I set the System Location to the Main "Location" of "KWIX"

Does everything look correct? When Testing in my lab, changing the "Extensions" Location, it seems to be sending out the correct "Location" (Verified via SSA) and Telephone Number (Verified via Monitor)

Do I only need to set the "Location" for the extensions for the Remote Phones? I assume if the location is not set under the extension, it uses the "System" Location as "KWIX" Main.

Thoughts on above programming before I test live with 9-1-1?

I'm just bumping this thread to see if you tested it and this approach was working?

JazzWizzard: Everything worked as intended. Confirmed with real 9-1-1 calls.
