Hello Everyone,
I am having a problem with the line that people call in on that is the main number we give out to customers. We have several customer service representatives that answer phones. Set 240 is the primary set. When this person is on a call, calls that come in on our line 8, the main line, will ring somewhere else in the building, but not at one of the other csr's phones. As far as I know, none of the other lines are this way. Is this something that the company who set up the system will have to fix?
Thanks,

Amy

This is a system programming issue - so yes - you will need someone who knows how to accomplish system programming (versus administrator programming). But it does not have to be the same company. If they recently installed it/set it up, and they did not do it correctly, they should correct the problem at no additional cost.
