main line gets 1/2 a ring then auto attendant sayd your

Hello please help us.


Our main line gets 1/2 a ring then auto attendant says your call is being transferred to the receptionist. This then goes to the general mail box.

There is no back up, they lost power to the unit last week.

Check to make sure the correct ports are assigned to Hunt Group #7.

What is the software version of the R7 processor?

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

hunt group 7 only had one port 31, i put in 32 as well and now its working. i also turned on! thank you for your help
