Main Huntgroup Voicemail Password Not Recognizing - IP Office Essential Edition R11.0.4.0.3(3)

The Main hunt group voicemail password doesn't recognize, and I have to re-enter the password in the config and save the changes sometimes four or five times before I can get the password to recognize when trying to login to the mailbox. I've tried entering the password slowly, quickly, etc. all with the same results. Sometimes the password works right away and sometimes I have to reset it multiple times before it starts recognizing, but I have no idea why. Any thoughts?


 
have you tried removing the hunt group entirely, saving, rebooting, and then reinstalling? sounds like something with the hunt group is corrupt.
