Main Greetings Not Playing

I have an 0x32 7.0 w/ NAM. Over the weekend system went down over weekend. When placing system into night service the main greeting does not play. ( If you knows your parties extension, please dial it now ) then says goodbye if no response. I can f981 and f983 no problem. Any ideas

Night Service is KSU side, it only tell what DN to answer when, has nothing to do with greetings aside from telling vmails DN to answer.

Check that the greeting is still there in programming, check that it it's told to play during right time of day and which day.

You specified when placing system into Night service, I should have asked does it work when it's not in Night Service?
i.e. as a backup after so many rings.

Is the Tree disabled
Try another tree or greeting number for testing.
