main greeting cuts off

we have an intermiitent problem with a partner mail vs r5 - intermittently callers listening to main greeting will hear part of the greeting and then ringing with no coverage to voice mail - any thoughts?

Yes - you have a defective Partner VS 5.0. It could be a chip on the main circuit board or possibly just a software problem with the hard drive.

In either case we can help repair it for you.

I have to be careful not to sell thru this post so just call or send me an email and we will go from there.
