Main form grouped controls

Using Access 2007 I have created a main for with 2 subforms using the form wizard. On the main form the fields as text boxes are grouped as a column.
Can anyone tell me which property allows these text boxes to be un-grouped?

Select the controls you want to Group/UnGroup

Go to Format menu and Click Ungroup

Thanks Elvis72. Problem is that I cannot find the FORMAT menu to click on! Can you please point me in the right direction.
