MAILX ERROR: Cannot send 8-bit to 7-bit destination

Hello, I'm having some trouble with my machine.

I'm sending a log from my backup to an mailbox on a Linux server from my HP-UX, but sometimes it tells me that there's an error.

The error is: Cannot send 8-bot to 7-bit destination
Data format error

Could someone help me?

I think I need to modify the enviroment var EXCODE & LANG or maybe there is something else.
