mailto with a "&" in the subject problems

Hello All,

I have a friend who is trying to use a mailto with the &subject line to send a subject that has a & in it. I can't figure out how to get this to work. How do I get the system to recognize the & in the subject line as text?

make sure you eliminate the spaecs. This board parses that hex code.
