Suppose I have a filled mailto: with collected info from a Flash form, is there some way that it can be automatically sent to me, without the user having to actually hit the send button on his default mail pgm?

Thanks,

hi
you have to use server side mailer to do that
i don't know another way Victor

You can do so with the CDONTS (Collaborative Data Objects for NT Server), but you have to be using ASP with Windows NT 4 or Windows 2000. It's very easy to do, but you need to be running a server-side processing language.

Thanks guys,
But side scripts was precisely what I was trying to avoid!

PS: Vic, did you ever find a solution for my popup problem?

Nope there is now way of auto-sending mail without some kind of server side scripting. Regards

last thing suggested was working for me..
but i remember you had an error, something like access denied.. well, if new files that you're opening in that popup are on the same domain, then there could not be any problem (i think so, at least) Victor
