I have some workstations that are having the following problem: when they receive an html e-mail with a mailto link, if they click on the mailto link, it will open Outlook instead of a new mail within Groupwise. The workstations that have this problem appear to be configured the same as workstations not having this problem. Uninstalling and reinstalling GW does not fix the problem. Reinstalling WMS doesn't fix it. Reapplying the CP3O snapin doesn't resolve it. Any suggestions?
