Hi,

I'd like to use the protocol mailTo with GroupWise ....
when I put "mailto:me@him.com", it works efficiently ....
but when I try tu put other parameters as Subject, Body or CC, it puts the whole
string in the fields "To" of the new message ....
for example :
"mailto:me@him.com?Subject=test&body=test&CC=him@me.com"

with Outlook or other mail client software, it works efficiently :
To => me@him.com
CC => him@me.com
Subject => test
Body => test

but with GroupWise, it puts the whole string in the same Field :
To => me@him.com?Subject=test&body=test&CC=him@me.com
CC =>
Subject =>
Body =>

I don't know why ... it is not the same syntax with groupwise ?? what is the GroupWise syntax then ??

Thank you in advance

I assume you mean you've created a link on a Web page. Your syntax works fine with a test page I created. The exact line is <A href=&quot;mailto:me@him.com?Subject=test&body=test&CC=him@me.com&quot;>mail</a>

It came up with all the right fields filled in using GroupWise 5.5 enhancement pack (SP3A).

Hi, rjs and thank you very much for your help (I began to discourage myself) ....
When you talk about web link, you're right, it is equivalent ... in fact, to test this command line, you can put it directly in the web browser URL field... I try it with several Web browser and several mail client, it always works except with GroupWise ....
But if you say me it works for you and your groupwise version, I begin to reassure ....
So I think it would become from GroupWise configuration ...
please Can you contact me by email :
mpaitrea@ifaedi.insa-lyon.fr
I'm sure you can quickly help me without wasting too much time ....
I'll be very grateful if you could do that for me, because this problem bothers me for few weeks ....

can you test for me this :
you put
&quot;mailto:mpaitrea@ifaedi.insa-lyon.fr?subject=working&quot; in
the URL (address) field of your favourite web browser ???

thank you very much in advance
