The service fails to start on our securtiy server. we get the error message of Mailsweeper returned error 10132
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Try running 'smptss -debug' from a command prompt in the msw\program directory. This will give you more info on what's happening.

Also check the Event log for any errors.
