I need to send our around 70,000 newsletter each week. I just noticed that after the sending, there are around 1000 mails in the queue, and they have stay there for 4 days.
According to the qmail-send logs, most of them are deferred because of "Sorry,_I_wasn't_able_to_establish_an_SMTP_connection"
Does any one know :
1. compared with 70,000 mails, is 1000 double bounced emails in the queue normal or the number is too high?
2. how long they will stay in the queue before expired, 7 days? can I change the expire time setting?
3. Usually what's the reason that caused the "wasn't_able_to_establish_an_SMTP_connection" report?
