3) How can I fix this problem??



 
You need to clean up your queue from this spam attack.

Go get qmail-remove...

Do as qmail-remove instructs:
- shutdown qmail
- try a non-deleting pattern match to check forecast results
- if you like the pattern match, run with deletion enabled
- restart qmail

After that, I'd spend a bit more time checking on your anti-virus and anti-spam tools to make sure they are working.
