mailmerge within Outlook

Hi!

I've just started using mailmerge which is saving me loads of time! I'm presently trying to email our clients a personalised html email explaining new features of our software. It would be nice to email eveyone with the email addressed &quot;dear <name>&quot; in the same way you would with word's mailmerge. I just can't quite work out how to do it. Any ideas would be very helpful.
