I have a couple of questions regarding e-mailing reports in Access

1) Can you preset the export file type (for example I want every report to be mailed as an RTF document)?

2) Can you preset the e-mail address (including CC's)?

3) Can you set a different file name? For example, I have a report that lists documents sent to supervisors. Currently it lists every supervisor. What I want to do is in the query that it is run off of, ask which supervisor the report should print. But I would like the supervisor name (and variable date if possible), not the query name to be the file name of the RTF file that is mailed?

Thanks!

Okay, 1 and 2 are solved... I just have to be something other than lazy and read the instructions... FYI if case anyone else has the same question... macros make it easy.

Still haven't found the answer to #3...

For #3 if anyone knows how, we will be sending these reports out by date, and the query the report is based off of will ask the person which date they would like to use. Is there a way to get the date the person enters to be attached to the renamed file?

Ideally it would be:

SupervisorName []

where the [] is replaced by the date the user enters when prompted.

Thanks!
