Mailing Lists

I have a list of email addresses of about 25,000+. What is the best way to send these emails off?
I have created an application that loops through and then emails each person individually through a loop, but the page takes about 30 minutes to load.

Are there any good 3 party softwares out there? Or are there objects that you can connect to a Exchange server with, so you can add distribution lists?

Does anyone have any good sugguestions?

No. NOT SPAM.

I work at at Toy Company and we have a collectors club, and we have 25,000 email addresses now. The script that I used takes to long to send. We notify people when new product is availble in our ecommerce site for purchase. THEY CHOSE to sign up.
