Mailing Label Layout left to right

Crystal Reports Version 10.0. My mailing labels look great, but they alphabetically read down the first column and then down the second column, then down the third column etc. Is there a way to set the layout so the labels read across a row, then move down to the second row and read across the row. See example below:

Adams Edwards Irving
Bennet Franks Jones
Carver Goldman Keven
Denton Hester Lewis

Adams Bennet Carver
Denton Edwards Franks
Goldman Hester Irving
Jones Kevin Lewis.

In an earlier version (8.0), in the mail label expert, the label tab has an option to choose "Across then Down."
