Mailin database not updates read marks across diferent users

Hello,

We have several mailindbs.

On one of them, a user is reporting that when this user opens a mail in that mailin database, the rest of the users that have also access to that mailin database see that mail as not read.

Does anybody how to solve it, so that when one of the users open a mail, the rest of the users says it as read?

What you are describing is correct behaviour for Notes.
Unread marks are done on a per user basis, not per database.

You need to use some other method to indicate that an email has been processed. e.g. try putting it in another folder
or add a follow-up flag (Actions > Followup)
