Mailboxes

Hi,
I have a Nortel BCM 400, and was wondering how I would be able to add more mailboxes. Is that a license sort of thing I will need to purchase from my vendor?

do i need to purchase it from the vendor that sold me the unit? or can other vendors provide me with a keycode for the same unit?

You can purchase it from any vendor. The vendor will need to generate the keycode against your system unless you have access to Nortel's KRS site.
