mailboxes full?

problem with partner system mailboxes say full when they are not. Is there a commen prob like this that i dont know about? I have searched FAQ's but came up short.

Check the mailbox class of service

Also could be some people not emptying their mailboxes. Now the overall system capacity may be used up.

r5.0 with 3.1 processor. Had been working great for years. Started a few weeks ago. Mbox only has a few 1 or 2 short msg sometimes no msg in it??????

Hi endlesswinter,
Are you sure the general mailbox isn't full? Still, just that one would not do this.

Try to restart the system some morning before the rest of the staff gets there. Just turn it off for 20s and back on. I hope the processor battery is good. There is a chance of losing memory when you do this.

is it just one mailbox or all ?

if just one (or a few) delete the mailbox and re build it
