How do i create a mailbox with no physical phone on a TDA system? i've logged in and created a new mailbox with the box number 171. also set "all calls transfer to mailbox" is enabled. problem is when a call is transferred to that mailbox, nothing happens.
point the call to a group (171)with no members set a group mailbox (171) and set group to forward calls to mailbox.
now transfer calls or point line to 171
