Mailbox with Calendar only

Is it possible to create a user that only has a calendar and no mailbox? This user will access this "mailbox" from OWA.

Im trying to setup some tennants in out building with access to book resources, but I don't want to create an e-mail address for them as they have their own POP mail accounts.
