Mailbox used as a referral to new number

What is the best way to install a mailbox as a referral to a new phone number. That is play the recording and hang up. (I don't want it to receive messages.) On the PBX's it is easily done, but have had little luck with info mailboxes on the Norstar systems with Flash or CallPilot 100's installed.

You can build an info box by itself and make it a LV Msg path off your CCR Tree or a better plan build it as part of your CCR Tree, then you'll get a distinct choice after, (Home, Previous, or Disconnect.)
